"Reception was kind and welcoming, but the room (Dolcetto) was very odd. Tried to find it charming, a long cave, but it's strange. The foot of the bed is right upon the curtains on the opposite wall. Sleep was the big problem. The room sits over the socializing courtyard and restaurant. The mild thump of music continued into the evening, followed after closing by voices laughing in the courtyard below the room. The drapes are too thin to block out the light in the courtyard. "First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. "Staff is pretty good, the guys are awesome and try to help us on everything. The room is small and hot. The AC is like nothing. We borrowed from them a fan, because the AC is chaotic, doesn’t work at all. "

"There are hardly enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Moonfra. The property is located in a charming village outside of Asti, with many nearby villages with delicious restaurants serving piemontese cuisine. Chiara and her family could not be more welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that our stay was too short. We look forward to returning soon."

"The team is always warm and welcoming! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is terrific with choices for everyone. The gym is well-equipped and clean. We did not appreciate being required to provide personal information to access the hotel internet. "

"Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that we booked a junior suite, expecting a room with somewhat of a separation between a sitting and the sleeping area but really it just was a more spacious room, I would probably call it an executive room in another hotel. There were also no special junior suite amenities/welcome as I have seen in other hotels. We wanted to upgrade to a higher room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked the following night. Other than that the hotel was great - we had nice views onto the alps, the pool was great and breakfast had a really nice selection. I would stay again for my next stay in Turin. "

Very pleasant stay

"Really nice rooms, the staff were all very polite. I left my bag there at 10.30 am and went for a wander around Turin. When I arrived back at the hotel later on they had kindly put my bag in the room. The room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size. I would happily stay there again"

Great coffee/breakfast

"This hotel has a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the Turin Porta N. train station, and you can also walk about 15 minutes to the royal palace/Duomo de Turin. Breakfast is very good, especially for the carpaccio! The only problem is: A small shower room. It is not suitable for fat men. "

"Superb hotel. Wonderful location with a shopping mall and Eataly next door. 2 minute walk to the Metro station Lingotto. I love the hotel is in the converted former Fiat factory. Spacious, comfortable and modern rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast is great. Love the bar and piano playing! Staff are great. Highly recommend! "
