"Lovely property and friendly staff. The only issue was we were given the attic room. The ceilings were too low and we kept hitting our heads on the ceiling. The room seems very crammed due to this. The pictures in the listing make the rooms seem bigger than what they are. We also didn’t have any “real” windows in the room. Because it was an attic room the windows were tiny where you couldn’t poke your head out or look outside really. "

"What an amazing place to stay!! I was looking for a hotel near the waterfront before we went on a cruise. The staff was so welcoming, the hotel had such a lovely old world charm to it. We try to avoid stayiing in chains when we travel, this was a gem! We were able to walk to different areas of the city, felt like we were staying in a local neighborhood, not in a tourist area. We had many choices for restaurants in the area, had a great meal looking out at the river at Le Chat, fabulous...

"Very nice large room (jr suite). Awesome staff. Sixth floor involves stair to top floor (elevator goes to 5th) staff helps in needed. So close to everything.. meet tour groups around corner. Quiet room, great mattress. "

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "
