I would say it was walkable to most of the sites one would want to see, and anything not walkable, was easily accessible by the nearby train stations. We used the available phone and the man we spoke to was somewhat helpful getting us sorted out. When we made it to the right building, we were still confused and the lady we called was again, only somewhat helpful.
