"The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is located in San Marcos which is very close to Santiago. The bus 6A coming from Santiago's airport stops right in front of the hotel. Price of bus ticket one euro. The bus 6 which goes to Santiago starts the route right across the street. Bus ticket price also one euro. "A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "
