We did a self check in, so no need to connect directly with the property manager. However she was a bit slow to respond on check in day when we needed assistance with the wifi. "Great accommodations to stay at!! Rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. Location was in the heart of the town and very close to beach. We were able to walk to everything in Nazare. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"Fantastic area right in the heart of the castle. However, tricky to get to as you need to park your car 10 minutes away and then navigate through the cobbled streets. The house is very quaint, but has damp issues so you can smell mould ( although it was winter, so maybe it is better in summer). Heating was a bit basic. Barthroom had a vague smell of sewerage- not really strong, but enough for me to question the high price of the accomodation. Needs to spend a lot more on plumbing and heating, or...
