"Apartment has a bit of strange layout but property is as described. No frills but great bang for your buck. I would have loved to see a toaster in kitchen and upgraded bedding comforters and better toilet paper and carpets cleaned or replaced but it met our family’s needs. "

"We stayed during Thanksgiving week. The home was clean with all necessities for cooking provided. Modern conveniences also made the stay enjoyable and everyone was comfortable. The location was relatively convenient via a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. "

Home and Deck surrounded by 1 acre of lawn.

"Beautiful location. Quiet and the stars were amazing! Hot tub was really nice also. Kitchen was small so we had to do some creative timing to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 35, not all 35 were staying in the house. Could have used some more towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tubs. Also, you really need four wheel drive in the winter. Other than that we had a nice time. "

"Our host was very helpful and went above and beyond to help with our stay. The home accommodated our large family very well and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed it. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration! The golf course and mountain view is fantastic and the kids and parents loved the fenced in back yard along the golf course. We will absolutely consider this home again if the occasion arises. "

"We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Plenty of space. 2 big TVs. Several beds and very comfy. My favorite was playing PAC Man. Only suggestion I would have would to have shampoo/conditioner dispensers. "

"We used this house for my family and my son's Just Married Into family for his wedding and it was fantastic! The ages of those at the house ranged from 5 to 77, and it accommodated all the needs of ALL of those people perfectly. The lawn was perfect for our small wedding open house, and the house was perfect for keeping everyone entertained and fed with enough space that we weren't on top of each other. "Everything about the property was as advertised and more. We had a lovely stay and so enjoyed being able to be together as a family in this beautiful space. We attended a BYU football game and getting to and from the game was very easy from this location. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse! Awesome experience for our family. The treehouse, the two decks, the beautiful garden, fireplaces, hottub, the several owls that would fly around the property every night. The owner is incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive. "

"This property was clean and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable. Location was central to lots of things we wanted to do and experience. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Our mom has been in the Care center in Santaquin, Utah and this may be the last Thanksgiving we had with her. A few of Us live out of Utah and needed a place to be together so we can have the holiday with my mom. This place was perfect and it helped Bond us together and be together which hasn't happened in a really long time."
