"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht...

"We stayed here for a climbing / dws trip. The villa was in a great location just a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. The area is relatively quiet with just enough restaurants and a shop, and a beautiful setting - es pontas just a walk away and lots more within a short drive’s distance. The villa was spotless with lots of communal areas for entertaining. The terrace was a perfect location for some morning yoga and the pool was also great after a long day in the sun. "

"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"The air con and hot water wasnt working for first 3 days, agents were very responsive and sorted it out, however it was still 3 days which were pretty challenging with the heat. "This stunning house was one of the highlights of our trip to Mallorca. It is so beautifully tended to, it was the perfect place for our family and baby to stay, in a great location only 5 minutes from Santanyí. The manager, Marta, was so amazing to deal with. We would definitely love to return!"

We spent a lot of time trying to get into the wrong one! Positives were great comms from the owner - very clean with everything we needed. Very quiet and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go.
