Disappointing that property manager chose not to meet us and to be given nothing other than keybox entry details was poor. "We had such an exceptional visit in Santanyí thanks to mariantonia! Her place was in an incredible location in the center of the town and very close to the beaches nearby. "The apartment was a good size for us. It had a good kitchen with plenty of utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The air conditioning units were great as it was very hot and the washing machine was an added bonus. We had a problem with the kettle but Jayne the property manager ,who was very pleasant and efficient, resolved this issue within the hour. The beach was accessed directly from the complex and the pool was lovely. The balcony was a good size, with sun for most of the day but the beach...

"Everything about the stay was exactly as described. To be honest, the photo's don't do the apartment justice. Great sea views and looks straight over the pool. Location great for a short stroll into town. Great layout, very clean on arrival and Xisca responded to any questions we had before we went. We were even allowed a late check out as no one was arriving the day we left. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future."

"The property is a bit shabby, This could be easily rectified with a tidy up and a lick of white paint. There were a number of faults, coffee pot not working, tv not working, oven not working and no shower curtain. But once reported all (but the cooker) were repaired and replaced within 20 mins. "The apartment itself met our expectations. Bedrooms small but ok for a week. On check-in we were hot and thirsty. We would have appreciated a bottle of water to have been waiting in the fridge ! The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating.
