The entire integral and independent ground floor of a holiday villa (with two floors) is rented. It has direct views and access to the sea and the bay, as an aparthotel with an area of 235m2 built plus 150m2 of terraces in front of the sea with 65m2 of porches and garden with amacas. It has a capacity of up to 12 guests + 2. It is fully equipped with large living room (with TV (50 ''), Satellite, DVD, Wifi, stereo), large kitchen (fully equipped), 5 bedrooms (four for 2 guests and one for 3 guests) and 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite). You can also enable a sofa bed for 2 guests in the living room.
This house on the ground floor is rented completely incommunicado from the upper floor.
The use of outdoor spaces (terraces, amacas, garden) in front of the house and facing the sea is exclusive to it.
The outdoor spaces on the top floor and access are common (the garden, the lake, the children's play area (swings and playhouse, the barbecue and the outdoor shower).
The owner may occasionally occupy the upper floor, respecting at all times his privacy and intimacy.
