In direct proximity to the beautiful nature park Mondragó is the typical Majorcan Villa Jacoba in a rural location and can accommodate 4 people. The single-storey country house with rustic décor has a cosy living room equipped with a fireplace and satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, 2 fans, a high chair, a baby cot and a parking space on the property. The stand-out highlight is the outdoor area with a garden embedded in Mediterranean vegetation, a covered terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue and a pool.

Portopetro with its restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Cala Mondragó and Cala S'amarador, are just 1km away from the house (1 minute by car). From November until March the homeowner provides 30kg of wood for the fire each day. This is free of charge.

Gemütliche Finca in ruhiger Lage
Pros: Sehr sauber, große überdachte Terrasse, schöner großer Pool und sehr netter Gastgeber. Insektenrollos an allen Fenstern. Der Eigentümer kommt alle 2 Tage zur Poolreinigung. 1x pro Woche werden die Betten bezogen und frische Handtücher gebracht. Cons: Leider kein Schrank in den Schlafräumen nur Kommoden in dem einem Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen. Bei Wind klappern die Klappläden weil man sie nicht feststellen kann. Die Haustür hat keine Klinke, muss man immer abschließen sonst steht sie auf und die Mücken fliegen rein

Tolles Haus und tolle Lage
Pros: Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Ein toller Pool. Tolle Strände Cons: Schimmel im Schlafzimmer.Es gab Schaben im Haus ( sogar im Koffer). Wenig Pflanzen auf dem riesigen Grundstück .

Süße Finca in ruhiger Lage
Pros: Das Haus ist klein aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch , eher rustikal und sehr sauber . Der Vermieter schaut regelmäßig nach dem rechten und ist sehr bemüht das alles in Ordnung ist. Der Pool ist herrlich sauber und lädt täglich zum plantschen ein. Sehr nahegelegene schöne Strände. Außerhalb der Saison traumhaft still! Cons: Leider ab Anfang Mai etwas Geräuschkulisse vom nahegelegenen Hotel
