Casa Sol: 3 BED, 2 BATH, FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CALA EGOS

Comfortable 3 bedroom Ibicencal stile villa located on the second line of the sea in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. The situation is ideally, close to Cala Egos and Calo des Pou beaches, the shops and restaurants are a short walking distance of the villa.
The Cala d´Or marina is one of the most elegant marinas at the Majorcan Island and is within walking distance from the villa at about 20 minutes.

The villa is distributed over 2 floors, on the ground floor we find a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and TV satellite, a dinning room with a table and chairs for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms with king size bed with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower completely renovated and a practical and functional kitchen that has been also recently renovated.

An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace, providing partial sea-views and also the third bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, WiFi, satellite TV, cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and washing machine. The kitchen offers all the utensils and crockery for all the guests.

Outside, in the private terrace, there are two porches with outdoor dining tables and chairs. Around the pool there are sun beds and patio furniture along with sun umbrellas to provide shade.

The size of the private pool is 8 X 3 aprox.

Lovely little house!
The house was very cosy, we liked the little garden, the pool was well maintained although it was still too cold to swim. A highlight was the sea view from the roof terrace, It was a great holiday!

Excellent location to explore Mallorca
Great property and they provided immediate attention to a small heating issue on unseasonably cool days. We explored the entire island from here with a rental car and see there is a great bus schedule if you aren’t up for driving. Very comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the second floor bedroom and ensuite for added privacy and great views of the surf pounding the shore. Thanks for a great stay! The Boyce Family!!

A lovely stay
The villa is lovely, with a great outside area. When we arrived we couldn't figure out the lock box for the keys, you had to press a button on both sides of the box and one side faced the wall so we could not see it. We called the office and they had someone round to help us within 10 minutes, what amazing service. The staff were great and the location was brilliant for a quiet holiday with easy walking access to a huge range of wonderful restaurants.

Lovely little Villa in a good location
A nice small Villa, in a really convenient location close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Not too far to get into Cala d'or either. The Villa itself has all you need for your stay, and we had no real complaints. The only small downsides are that the Aircon is in the bedrooms only, so the main living space of the house can become quite hot, and that, like others have stated in reviews, the pool area and pool itself can get a little dirty with dust. These were only minor things for us, and overall we had a fantastic time.

We don't mind maybe 1 or 2 issues when renting a holiday property but there were far too many at this one. No pool for 2 days as filter doesn't work (have photos of dirt all on bottom of pool and all over steps) No hot water for 2 days due to technical issue Safe was unusable even though owners were aware of issue Kitchen photos very misleading. This kitchen is very small not as photos Keys were missing for back door out of kitchen but bought to us by Alex Key to back gate was missing therefore no easy access to coast as per neighbouring properties Bed linen dated In fact property is very tired and in need of complete refurbishment. We should be receiving compensation for a disappointing stay ruined with issues.

Very nice
A nice little villa with a nice little, private, pool. Only minor downsides were no spare key for the upstairs room, no oven gloves and sa previous guests underwear was found under the bed. However the letting agents were excellent and attended to the property within a couple of hours of being contacted. Spare key and a set of oven gloves provided. Would definitely recommend.

Super Lage, Blick aufs Meer direkt von der Dachterasse. Schöne Aufteilung, alles super! Wenn man selber kochen möchte, sind jedoch wenig Ressourcen vorhanden. Diese lassen sich aber im fußläufig erreichbarem Supermarkt besorgen.

Nettes Haus in guter Lage
Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war gut und die Betten bequem. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Im Aussenbereich ist immer ein schattiges plätzchen zu finden, der Poll wir regelmäßig gepflegt, die Liegen waren angenehm. Auf der Dachtereasse hat man einen super Ausblick. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es im Ort reichlich Möglichkeiten Essen und trinken zu gehen. Der Jachthafen ist wunderschön. Die Mittarbeiter der Argentur sind sehr Nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir werden wiederkommen!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, die Kommunikation war angenehm, das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem eigenen Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein weiterer Fernseher. Auf jeder Etage ist ein Bad, eines mit bodentiefer Dusche und eines mit Badewanne.

Traumurlaub in traumhaften Chalet
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und waren positiv überrascht von dem kleinen Chalet, es ist freistehend mit Garten darum herum und privatem Pool! Von der Dachterasse aus hat man Meerblick und man kann durch den Hintereingang direkt zum Meer gelangen. Das Chalet ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann zu Fuß Einkäufe erledigen und essen gehen, und natürlich zum Strand! Das Chalet ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll möbliert. Die Küche bietet alles was man so zum Kochen und backen braucht, Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und wollen im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Schnuckeliges Ferienhaus mit Feuchtigkeitsproblem
Als Familie mit zwei Kindern (8 und 12) hatten wir Anfang Oktober eine schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Da wir wissen, welche Größe ein Weitwinkel-Objektiv auf Fotos zaubern kann, war uns vorher klar, dass es ein eher kompaktes Gebäude ist, aber für uns vier ausreichend sein würde. Auch die gesamte Ausstattung war knapp, aber für uns genügend vorhanden. Was fehlte konnten wir entspannt im nahen Einkaufszentrum besorgen. Grundstück und Pool sind gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Das Wasser im Pool war einwandfrei. Ein Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit schönem Meerblick und dem schönen dritten Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war reibungslos und freundlich. Es gab immer sofort Antworten und Reaktionen auf unsere Anfragen. Wir hatten in den zehn Tagen drei stärkere Regenfälle und können andere Bewertungen bestätigen, dass auch bei uns jedes Mal die Decke im Bad so nass wurde, dass es sogar herunter tropfte. Am Pellet-Ofen im Wohnzimmer bildet sich außerdem eine größere Pfütze. Für uns kein größeres Problem, aber das wird dem Haus sicher nicht guttun, wenn hier keine Abhilfe geschaffen wird. Erwähnenswert ist auch der Geruch, den wir in den beiden unteren Schlafzimmern wahrgenommen und gemeldet haben. Die Verwaltung hat uns daraufhin umgehend die Klimaanlage aktiviert. Nach viel Lüften und in der übrigen Zeit dauerhaftem Einsatz der Klimaanlage war für uns immerhin das vordere Schlafzimmer nutzbar. Im hinteren roch es unserer Meinung nach weiterhin nach Schimmel, so dass wir dieses lieber nicht genutzt haben. Da wir nur zu viert waren, war das auch kein Problem. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Besitzer des Hauses ein Interesse daran haben, das Feuchtigkeits- und Geruchsproblem nachhaltig zu beheben, denn ansonsten werden sie keine lange Freude mehr an dem Haus haben. Dann kommen wir gerne wieder und bringen unsere neuen Zahnputzbecher und Küchentücher wieder mit.

Small beautiful finca for a dream vacation
We found this small finca clean and exactly as described. This accommodation offers the perfect starting point for exploring the beautiful bays of Cala Dor. With small children the bedrooms are a bit small, but the finca offers enough space for 6adults. The service office is easy to reach and is always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be happy to come back.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und funktional. Einziges Manko - bei starkem Regen kommt Wasser beim Ofen rein und über die Decke im Bad im EG. Ansonsten hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)
