Can Talaia by dracmallorca

This country house is situated very close to Cala Figuera and has been completely renovated. It is comfortably furnished and richly equipped. On the 5.000 sqm plot there is the main house and a cottage.

On the main house’s ground floor you find a living area of 50 sqm and a spacious dining room, the completely fitted kitchen with storage room, a huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom (Jacuzzi), two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. An exterior stairs goes up to the first floor where you find two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

In about 30 meters distance to the main house there is the cottage with a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

All bedroom windows have mosquito nets so you can sleep undisturbed even with the windows open. Up to two cots for children up to two years old are available free of charge. Must be ordered.

The exterior is very beautiful and invites you to enjoy and relax. There is a pond with fish and from the swimming pool or the outdoor jacuzzi (it can only be heated at certain hours) you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with plants, palm trees and a petanque court.

The pool area offers a lot of space for having a sun bath. The covered BBQ is right next to the covered terrace and the terrace with the sun shade. The terraces are furnished with two dining tables and 14 chairs for being comfortable and enjoying the meals together.

The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is located just 2 km from the house, the town of Santanyí about 3 km and the picturesque seaside village of Cala Figuera only 1.5 km. There you can walk wonderfully on the harbor promenade and eat in one of the restaurants. There are numerous shops in Santanyí, as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars, and every Wednesday and Saturday the popular weekly market. Also worth a visit is Cala d'Or with its white houses in Ibizan style and the hustle and bustle. Absolutely recommended is also the dreamlike kilometer-long white sand beach Es Trenc, in the car also easy to reach or perhaps a visit to the caves "Cuevas Drach" in Porto Cristo. Other sandy beaches in the area are S'Amarador, Cala Mondragó and Cala Llombards.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and has to be paid separately.

Amazing Finca
The communication was very good and fast. We were 14 people and some changes were easily updated and confirmed. It is a lovely Finca with a great Pool and good located for the trips to Palma or lovely beaches. We recommend it very much!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet gewesen und die Anlage sehr schön und vielfältig nutzbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider hat der Außenwhirlpool nicht funktioniert. Ein Handwerker wurde schnell organisiert, der aber auch nicht helfen konnte.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Betreuung vor Ort vom gesamten Servicepersonal. Wir fühlten uns rundum sehr wohl in dieser schönen Finca. Schön hätten wir eine kleine Ecke im Garten mit verschiedenen mediterranen Kräutern gefunden. Außer Rosmarin war leider nichts anderes vorhanden.

Wunschlos glücklich
Wir waren für 5 Tage mit dem Schützenverein dort. Von der Buchung, Teilnehmerdaten übermitteln, bis hin zur Anreise und Bezug der Finca, war alles einfach und unproblematisch. Vor Ort war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt direkt genießen. Weit im Vorfeld wurde uns sogar genehmigt einen Kühlwagen für Getränke liefern zu lassen. Die Anlage und das Haus sind echt toll und großzügig. Wir hatten tolle Tage und können die Agentur rund um Romy und Dagmar nur empfehlen. Das Grillrost vom Kohlegrill könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Das ist aber auch das einzige.

Schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren im März für 5 Tage in der Finca. Die Umgebung war wirklich sehr schön und das Haus war auch ein Traum. Die Außenanlage ist zum erholen perfekt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu verweilen und sich zu sonnen. Die Finca ist in einem schönem mallorquinischem Stil. Es besteht aus einem großem Haupthaus und einem kleinen Haus. Der Garten hat ein Teich, was es wirklich sehr schön macht. Frösche waren sehr aktiv, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Haus war sehr sauber, nur leider das Besteck und Geschirr etwas dreckig. Leider ging im kleinen Haus das warme Wasser nicht und auch leider die eine oder andere Heizung. Es gab genügend Ausstattung, welche für 14 Personen ausgelegt war. Rundum kann man sagen, es war ein wirklich sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Finca.

ESTANCIA EN CAN TALAIA
Vvienda con las comodidades indicadas en anuncio, todo se corresponde exactamente y la limpieza perfecta. En general estuvimos a gusto aunque durante los 3 días que estuvimos en la casa, hubo varias molestias; la casa pequeña anexa con dos habitaciones, no dispuso de agua caliente en toda la estancia y en la casa principal el primer día no habia agua caliente durante el día hasta que avisamos por la tarde. Durante toda la primera noche en las dos habitaciones de la parte de arriba de la casa no hubo calefacción. El segundo dia no habia calefacción durante la tarde hasta que avisamos de nuevo al técnico. Es cierto que el señor de mantenimiento acudió las veces que le llamamos y lo solucionó enseguida excepto el termo de la casa anexa que no funcionaba a pesarde haber cambiado la bombona de gas ...

Die Finca liegt sehr schön und ist gut gepflegt. Kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Das Problem mit dem Abfluß in der Küche sollte behoben werden. Bestand bereits vor 2 Jahren. Die meisten Pool-Liegen bräuchten eine neue Bespannung

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Abzügen
Die Finca steht in einer schönen Anlage. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Uns war wichtig, dass wir alle gemeinsam draußen sitzen können. Das war voll und ganz gegeben. Trotz der abgelegenen Lage war alles schnell zu erreichen. Durchweg ist die Can Talaia eine schöne Finca bis auf kleine Abstriche, die aber schnell zu beheben sind. Der Service war top. In der Finca müssten dringend Teller für das Frühstück nachgekauft werden. Außerdem wäre es auch schön, wenn mehr Gläser vorhanden wären. Bei einer Anzahl von 14 Personen ist es sonst häufig knapp mit dem Geschirr. Der Whirlpool war leider dauerhaft dreckig, weil ständig Tiere dort hinein fliegen und zu unserer Urlaubszeit auch Saharasand. Dort wäre eine Abdeckung von Vorteil. Es waren teilweise Liegen erneuert aber man sollte überlegen alle auszutauschen. Niemand möchte in einer durchgelegenen Liege verweilen. Über Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen müsste vielleicht mal nachgedacht werden.

Sehr schöne, große Finca, die perfekt auf große Gruppen ausgerichtet ist
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Can Talaia verbracht und es sieht wirklich alles so wie auf den Bildern aus. Des Weiteren ist die Zimmeraufteilug für große Gruppen sehr angenehm, da es drei Bereiche gibt (Untergeschoss mit 3 Zimmern, Obergeschoss mit 2 Zimmern, Nebenhaus mit 2 Zimmern). Mit 3 Kühlschränken und einer Vorratskammer hatten wir genug Platz für das ganze Essen.Uns begeisterte ebenfalls der Pool, der sogar am Ende sehr tief wird und natürlich der Whirlpool, in dem wir einige schöne Stunde verbrachten. Das Grundstück mit dem Teich und den Fischen und Fröschen ist wunderschön und bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz.Darüber hinaus läuft die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und Dagmar sehr angenehm. Man könnte die Ausstattung der Küche in Bezug auf die Spülmaschine verbessern
