Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Schönes kleines Fischerhäuschen direkt am Wasser. Im Haus sind alle elektronischen Geräte (sogar ein Stabmixer!) des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Den Geschirrspüler würde ich an Stelle des Eigentümers austauschen. Hier hat die Meeresluft mit der salzhaltigen Luft ihr Werk verrichtet. Ansonsten hätte ich mir ein wenig Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine gewünscht. Also Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nasse Füße wird man wohl kaum bekommen, wenn man sich auf den Weg zum Häuschen macht. Ein wenig Mobilität ist allerdings erforderlich. Das Häuschen ist nur zu Fuß über ein paar Stufen zu erreichen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ruhige Bucht im Spätherbst
Die Lage des Hauses in der Cala Santanyi ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir hatten unglaubliches Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten noch im November jeden Tag direkt vom Haus ins Mittelmeer springen. Augfrund der späten Jahreszeit war es bereits herrlich ruhig, allerding schließt in dieser Zeit bereits auch ein Teil der örtlichen Infrastrukur, was aber wenn man einen Mietwagen hat kein Problem ist. Bis Santanyi sind es lediglich 5 Minuten. Das Haus bietet zwar keinen übermäßigen Luxus aber man hat alles was man braucht und die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben. Einzig das Bett und die Kopfkissen könnten für unseren Geschack etwas komfortabler sein. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war hervorragend und kleinere Probelem wurden freundliche und schenll gelöst.

Schönes Feriendomizil direkt am Meer
Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einigen Dingen, die man beachten sollte. Zugang zum Haus etwas schwierig mit großem Gepäck. Da das Haus und die Treppen eng sind, müssen größere Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen rechnen. Es ist ein kleiner Abenteuerurlaub für den man gut in Form sein sollte. Dafür entschädigt die liebevolle Ausstattung und auch die netten Vermieter und die tolle authentische Atmosphäre der Bucht, alte schöne Holzboote, Pinien und Felsen. Bessere Bestuhlung der Terrasse, vor allem Schirm auch auf dem Balkon/Beschattung oder Markise am Wohnzimmerfenster . Matratze und Bett könnten bequemer sein. Schimmelbeseitigung in der Dusche notwendig. Viele Grüße nach Santanyi

1. Lage am Meer
Es war wunderbar, die Fewo ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wunderschön. Mit dem Kajak waren sehr gerne unterwegs. Das war ein tolles Plus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Ein absolut erholsamer Urlaub in einem tollen und einzigartigen Ferienhäuschen
Das Ferienhäuschen liegt direkt am Meer - näher geht es nicht mehr. Der Zugang nur zu Fuß ist bei etwas stärkerem Wellengang durchaus abenteuerlich und kann für nasse Füße sorgen. Aber mit ein bisschen Übung und Wellenbeobachtung hat man den Dreh ganz schnell raus. Das Häuschen ist hell und freundlich ausgestattet - die Bilder halten alle das, was sie versprechen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermittlungsagentur war sehr nett und hilfreich der Besitzer des Häuschens selbst war ebenfalls sehr nett und man konnte ihn mit seinen Booten beobachten. Die Dachterrasse mit Grill war ein tolles Plus, das wir auch Anfang November gerne genutzt haben. Der für uns entscheidende Vorteil (direkte Lage am Wasser) kann von anderen durchaus anders eingeschätzt werden: natürlich hat das Haus dadurch eine gewisse Grundfeuchtigkeit und Handtücher&Co. trocknen nicht so schnell, Gewürze werden leicht feucht und Metall rostet schneller - aber dafür ist man halt wirklich direkt am Wasser mit einem fantastischen Ausblick und kann fast direkt vor der Haustür im Meer schwimmen. Für 2 Personen mit Freude am Meer ein absolut traumhaftes Ferienhäuschen. Vielen Dank für den netten Kontakt - auch vielen Dank an den Besitzer! Das Häuschen ist toll beschrieben, die Bilder absolut ehrlich (ich hatte zunächst einen Fotofilter befürchtet, aber das Meer war wirklich so türkis!) Und die Lage hat halt neben den Vorteilen auch den Nachteil der Grundfeuchtigkeit - daran lässt sich nichts ändern & würde auch die Einzigartigkeit dieses Häuschens zunichte machen. Aber es war trotz unserer Reisezeit Anfang November wunderbar im Cal Tio Miquel.

Idyllische Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage
Das Fischerhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ein tolles Ferienhäuschen, das noch einen ursprünglichen Charme hat. Die Räume sind klein, aber sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige, was wir uns zur Verbesserung gewünscht hätten, wäre bspw. ein Ventilator im Wohnbereich, da es in diesem Raum teilweise sehr warm war, trotz angrenzendem Balkon. Alles in allem ist das Häuschen top und die Lage ist absolut traumhaft!!
