Apartment 'Porto Cari' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This cozy holiday apartment with swimming pool is located a few minutes walk (300 meters) from the Cala d''Or marina with several restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Enjoy your dinner with an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea!
The apartment consists of a living room and a separate bedroom. The living room offers a sofa bed, television and a nice dining table with 4 chairs. In the living room you will also find a modern kitchen with induction cooker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Traveling with a small child (<3 years old)? A child''s chair, children''s cutlery and a travel cot are present. Of course, the apartment has air conditioning for both cooling (summer) and heating (winter). There is a washing machine at your disposal (free of charge) and Wifi.
The bedroom has a nice comfortable double bed and a closet for your clothes and suitcases. There is also a children''s bed (travel cot) and bed linen and towels.
In the bathroom you will find a shower/bath, toilet and sink with a large mirror.
The balcony has a beautiful view over the communal garden with various flowers and palm trees. In the morning you can always enjoy your breakfast in the pleasant morning sun. You can buy fresh croissants, bread and the typical Spanish delicacy ''''ensaimadas'''' at the supermarket in the port, a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is next to a beautiful municipal park, ideal for a relaxing walk to the port or the beach at any time. In front of the complex there is a children''s playground.

Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand
Extrem niedriger Wasserdruck, Türklinken kaputt, Türen klemmten zum Teil, Wasserkocher war verrostet, nicht genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Die Wohnung benötigt eine Renovierung.
