"The Ritz Bacara is beautiful. Driving in to the courtyard and being greeted immediately. Valet, bell service and check-in were a breeze and set the tone for relaxation and ease. Tiana was delightful. Our room was lovely. We took advantage of all 4 restaurants on property and were spoiled at all of them. Grant at San Setto, Dulce and Lucy at the Bistro, Joe at Angel Oak and Claire at the O Bar. Could not have had better service and the menus are diverse, the food is fantastic. We also enjoyed a cigar and cocktail at the Cohiba lounge. Kalad was gracious and the music was spot on. Yvonne delighted us with our wine flights at the on site wine bar. One of our favorite trips ever !!!!"

"My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was absolutely sensational… I was greeted on the phone by a man named Chris, who then told me, although I didn’t check in the night before I will still be able to check in early in the morning before check out! now, I’ve never felt a more welcoming presence than I did, when greeted by the staff of Ramadan by Wyndham! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Miss Kelsea and Miss Kether, and I have to say that was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life… I’m not joking! They were so sweet and kind and helped me with anything I needed before arriving at my room around 9 AM. Everything was perfect and just as it should be because I believe every hotel should have the set standards of what I believe to be the best customer service done by Ramada by Wyndham! "This is such a great place - stylish and modern yet cozy. The in-room coffee is good. The room was superb - just what I wanted. Very clean, the furniture was just right, the bed was super comfortable (lights for reading in bed are awesome!), tv worked great and was nice and big. The shower was lovely--hot water came fast. My little balcony was just the right size, and I got to face the pool and hear everyone having fun, which I love. I will go back to this place!"
