Then they showed us to three different rooms, the first two not being at all what we’d booked so we rejected them - the third was closest so by this point we just took the room. "We had an amazing time staying with you! Oscar, our concierge, was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we booked to the day we left, he was always available to meet our needs, arranging airport transportation, coordinating the delivery and pickup of our rental car at the house, and ensuring everything went smoothly.
