"The quieter of the hotels on this strip and looked like one of the nicest too. Short walk to beach. Shopping and food on the doorstep. Nice pool and good food. Rooms are premier inn standard and not really 4* in our opinion. Restaurant opens at 7pm which was a nightmare for our kids. Kids entertainment non existent. Probably wouldn’t return but had a nice time."

"Hotel clean and reasonable price staffs are helpful. I am surprised that they didn’t have a bottle of water in the room and they charge for safe deposit box. There are no much choice for vegetarian. "

"Le castillo est magnifique et l'extérieur (jardin et piscine) très agréable. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. L'équipement n'est cependant pas entièrement satisfaisant (vaisselle insuffisante, ou parasol sans pied). La communication avec l'agence immobilière qui s'en charge a été d'abord très compliquée (délais très longs pour recevoir le reçu de l'acompte et le contrat de location) puis plus facile à l'approche de notre arrivée. Les habitudes françaises et espagnoles...

"I booked a hotel with you in santa susanna. Called camping bon repos. My reservation was for 1 double bed. 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. When i arrived i saw that there was only one double bed 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. The double bed in one room and the bunk bed and 1 single bed in the other room and 1 single bed in the living room. I was not happy with this.
