"The BEST community condominium property I’ve ever stayed at . Ground are amazing, the condos are perfectly clean comfortable and styled. Only drawbacks are parking, the lot is far from most units but they do have a shuttle "

"I really liked Johnny's Place. The staff is exceptional. There are varying degrees of "comfort". Do NOT choose the rooms above the bar (ocean view). Too loud! But the deluxe rooms are super! And the bungalows are nice too."

"Stayed with my family here multiple times. Great pools. Quick walk to beach. Close to turtle sanctuary. Clean. Friendly staff."

"Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the room and only worked well in hotel reception. There was also no mobile signal in the area. To get there we had to drive through 87 speed bumps. Everything else was great. Hotel staff were very friendly."

"This place is old and run down;they don’t tell you until you are trapped that there is NO HOT WATER in your room ;yes no hot water in your room and this is an dry resort No wine no pina colada no beer no alcohol and no byob for pool or restaurant "

Second Stay . . . Still A Charm

"I recently returned from my second stay at the Tikal Futura hotel in Guatemala City, and I was impressed by the property's exceptional condition. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: • Modern, clean, and comfortable accommodations • Ideally located in a thriving retail, restaurant, and business district • Convenient access to amenities and services • Variety of tour packages available for exploring the area While my stay was brief, I was pleased with the hotel's overall quality, friendly, helpful staff and amenities.
