Our expansive 2,700 sq ft 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom residence in Sonoma County provides ample space for both communal gatherings and private respites.

Within this thoughtfully designed space, you can immerse yourself in various activities – from the family room's cozy ambiance for congregating and sharing great conversations or to unleash the competitive spirit invoked by a group game that will leave everyone entertained and energized. The dining room table invites strategic board game sessions, and the living room's plush armchairs offer a serene reading nook.

Venture into the backyard oasis, where lush greenery surrounds a solar-heated swimming pool. **Please note that our pool is heated by a solar water heating system, which relies on the sun's rays for warmth. If nighttime temperatures drop below 60°F, guests may notice cooler water temperatures. The pool temperature typically is in the upper 70s during June to August. **

For accessibility, the main living areas, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms are conveniently situated on the 1st floor. The additional 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the 2nd floor.
