"Unkempt, patio doors didn't lock security wasn't good. Miles from anywhere, as we didn't have a car, the distances to walk are too far, as mum and myself are disabled, the house was on four floors, which again was difficult, for my mum and myself, also we had small children with us, so the amount of stairs was difficult for them.
