"Great stay at Masaya! Clean, good price, good location, nice and filling breakfast, and the room was fine. Would have liked drawers or a small wardrobe. Also, there were no windows in the room (small one in the bathroom). Noise not too bad - could hear our neighbours when using the shower. The live music and DJs were great, though regular music during dinner was too loud. We'd have liked more activities to get to know people, but not sure if we just missed these. "This property was absolutely great. I stayed in one of the suites and the amenities were modern, the room was clean, quality toiletries, good food in the restaurant it was very relaxing and quiet. The hotel is secure and features a 24-hour desk clerk and an entryway with a locked gate. There is always someone who speaks both English and Spanish on the property and I never had a problem. "Check-in was fast, the reception staff spook OK English. Breakfast was OK, but not excellent. Shower head was broken. Reported but not fixed. Stayed for 4 nights. Good value for the price."
