"This is an older house that was renovated about 15 years ago. It’s quite charming and comfortable with plenty of room for up to 6. "The house is large and great for accommodating a big group. There was some problems though, first the house was infested with ants. You could not leave anything out for more than 5 minutes, or it was covered in ants. We killed over 100 in one night. Second the washing machine and dryer do not work. "We loved the proximity to Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The apartment is away from busy streets and is reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook while we were there. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not comfortable for relaxing. "I stayed in the suite with a kitchen and I have to say I’m glad I did. With Oaxaca being a place know for good eats, at times there’s leftovers and with the microwave there it was perfect to reheat some food. Half a block away there’s a restaurant Jardon which was delicious, plus a small store to stock up the fridge.
