"The rooms are as pictured absolutely gorgeous views. The property is clean, quiet and has mostly professional guests. The rooftop jacuzzi is top tier and the views you get out there is incredible. They have a gym also on the top floor that’s fully equipped. Our first night we were in room 608 which was a nightmare it faces an abandoned building, just terrible. "The hotel was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful pool. It was our 10th anniversary and I had asked for a room upgrade but did not get one which is fine but would have been nice. It is located just out of the most touristy area which makes it feel quieter. "

"The hotel is very nice and very well located. There are many restaurants and the staff was very friendly. I would only recommend more flexibility in the parking hours as they only let us park until check in time (3 pm) and take the car out at 12 pm. Other than that everything was great and I would stay again."

"The hotel was great, in our favorite area of cayala. The restroom just needs to be cleaned up a bit. Lots of mold around the shower and shower was leaking lots of water into the bathroom floors. I let maintenance know right away. "

"The location is fantastic—you can easily walk anywhere in the city. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views while dining, and the complimentary breakfast, including vegetarian options, is a great bonus. Lily at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helped me book the Pacaya Volcano tour and a shuttle to Panajachel. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return!"

"The free breakfast along with the kitchen staff. They were so nice. We had issues with the bathrrom our first night there but they moved us the next day to a room with no bathroom issues. "
