"I got my worst hotel experience at the first of my Italy trip. I booked this hotel last minute and when I got there, it was closed. I called phone number and someone said he was hotel owner came to pick us up. He said hotel was full and he’d take us somewhere else. It was late so I said ok, he took us some weird please and provide us a room. We had to park our car on the street and it was not safe.
