Spectacular Mallorcan finca with 40.000 m2. The house is located near Santa Margalida (North of Majorca) and Can Picafort. Ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, as it is in a rural area near the sea. Villa Son Fullos is a typical Mallorcan country house with a sunny swimming pool and a very large private garden, surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade and a beautiful orchard.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, patio and terrace, max. 6 persons. The 9x5 meter pool has sun loungers, garden umbrellas, a table with chairs and an outdoor shower, garden, barbecue, grill and a beautiful garden

Comfort and services
 WIFI internet available. Air conditioning inside the rooms on the first floor. Table tennis table and basketball basket available.
Cleaning is included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from taking care of the property. Nothing will be detracted from the deposit as long as a reasonable use of the house is made.

Holidays on Paradise
We had a perfect time in Son Fullos. All you need is a car to get there. Although we made some trips around the island, the best days were when we just relaxed „at home“. The place is amazing!! Son Fullos it's a paradise besides all the busy tourist hot spots. We really did not want to leave!!

Relax on the countryside
We had a wonderfull and very relaxing stay at Son Fullos! It is a relaxing oasis on the Island if you like to get a distance from all the tourisme-fuss and just relax and enjoy the quietness, pool (with a really good area for smaller kids) and beautiful suroundings. Everything was very clean and everything we needed was there and made our holiday easy and relaxing. We would love to come back again sometime! Highly recommendable!

A little piece of heaven
A little piece of heaven, just what we needed, close enough to the major towns and attractions. The facilities were excellent and the pool with the spectacular views were excellent. Being in the countryside meant that there were few neighbours and so very quiet. This was the best villa we have been in for the last few years. Would defiantly go back again.

Entpannungsurlaub in typisch mallorqinischer Finca
Dieses Landhaus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, der Blick vom Pool auf die Bergkette ist einfach herrlich. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Da es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat, haben wir es schon das zweite Mal gebucht. Ein sehr großer Vorteil sind die hochwertigen Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern. Da wir dieses Mal 16 Tage hier verbrachten, gab es nach einer Woche eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, auch Xisco von der Agentur war stets erreichbar. Wir fühlen uns in der Finca sehr wohl und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal, wenn uns auf dem Hof wieder die Katzen begrüßen und wir mit dem Finca-Hund Flexa in der schönen Umgebung spazieren gehen können. Ich wüsste nicht, was man hier verbessern könnte.

Lovely remote peaceful villa
This is a lovely, very remote villa. Not the easiest to find with Google maps but worth the trouble. So peaceful, good facilities. Lovely pool. Has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and works very hard to keep the property maintained beautifully. No English but we got by no problem. The owner is there everyday tidying, watering the garden, emptying the rubbish etc but it wasn’t a problem. The only thing we wished we had been warned about was the ants. They are militant and will seize any opportunity for a snack. If you don’t leave food out and sweep up after yourself you can manage them but it is worth being aware. The other thing to note was that the villa is in two self contained apartments and the largest bedroom is downstairs. We were a family of 5 and the children didn’t want to be separated from us so luckily we found that there was a sofa bed upstairs which we used instead of the downstairs bedroom. Once we explained to the owner we were all sleeping upstairs they were brilliant bringing in extra bedding to make it more comfortable and making up the sofa bed properly. All in all we didn’t want to come home and would give anything to go back.

Natur pur / Erholung garantiert!
Uns hat die Finca letztes Jahr schon gut gefallen. Und wie letztes Jahr haben wir auch für 2025 wieder gebucht:-) Uns gefällt die ländliche Umgebung vor allem dass man nichts ausser Tiere hört. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Mietwagen überall schnell - ob zum Meer oder auch zum einkaufen. Der Pool mit dem super Ausblick zu den Bergen ist ein Traum genauso wie die Größe und Sauberkeit des Pools. Diese Sauberkeit spiegelt sich dank der Besitzer im ganzen Haus und auch auf dem Grundstück wieder. Die Gastfreundlichkeit ist ebenfalls nicht selbstverständlich. Jeden Morgen kam der Besitzer und fütterte seine Tiere und versorgte uns mit frischen Eiern. Selbst der Grill wurde gereinigt und unser Auto wegen des Sahara - Staubs gewaschen. Selten so herzliche Menschen getroffen die mit so viel Herzblut die bei der Vermietung sind!!! Joan unser Ansprechpartner war zu jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wie gesagt, wir entwickeln uns nicht umsonst zu Stammgästen-) Einfach ein toller Urlaub mit großem Erholungswert! Lediglich ein Bett oben im rechten Schlafzimmer quitscht leider bei jeder Drehung und die Matratze ist auf der linken Seite etwas durch. Aber es gibt ja 3 Schlafzimmer und somit konnte ich ausweichen. Wäre aber sicher bei kompletter Auslastung eine Empfehlung dieses zu erneuern.

Entspannter Urlaub in sehr ländlicher Umgebung
Die rustikale Finca mit ihrer sehr gepflegten und liebevoll gestalteten Außenanlage bietet pure Entspannung und Erholung. Wir haben diese sehr sauber vorgefunden. Der Blick vom Pool auf die Bergkette ist traumhaft. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich viele Tiere, wie z.B. Schafe, Hühner, Katzen und der liebe Hund Fletxa, Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war top, unsere wenigen Belange wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und kommt täglich ohne zu stören morgens früh zum Versorgen der Tiere, Pool reinigen, Grill säubern, Müllentsorgung und zur Pflege der Außenanlage. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit genügend Geschirr ausgestattet. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass man immer je nach Sonne einen guten Platz zum draußen essen finden kann. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die hochwertigen Insektenschutzgitter, die an allen Fenstern vorhanden sind. Es wäre schön wenn man den TV im Untergeschoss ebenfalls mit internationalem Sat-TV ausstatten könnte. In der Objektbeschreibung sollte man erwähnen, dass - das Obergeschoß nur über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. - die Deckenhöhe im Erdgeschoss (bis auf die Küche) sehr niedrig ist.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen rundum entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen (kleine Einschränkung war das total quietschende Bett in einem Schlafzimmer). Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen.

Wer die Ruhe sucht findet diese hier!!! Unser Paradies
Uns hat das gesamte Anwesen sehr gefallen. Der Besitzer Baltasar und Joan von der Agentur waren sehr bemüht um uns. Wenn wir gegrillt haben, hat am nächsten Morgen der Grill wieder sauber dort gestanden. Der Besitzer war unsere Zauberfee!!! Sogar der Müll wurde täglich von ihm entsorgt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Es ist wirklich so wie auf dem Video und auf den Bildern. Wir kommen wieder !!!! Baltasar, muchas gracias por permitirnos cuidar de su perro!!! Bitte erwähnen sie in der Beschreibung für diese Anlage, dass ein Badezimmer nur von Außen erreichbar ist.

Erholung pur!
Einfach alles!!! Die Besitzer haben uns herzlich empfangen. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Brote und einen riesen Obstteller. Alles war super sauber. Die Gartenanlage mit Pool und sehr vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ein Traum. Vor allem mit Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Jeden Tag kam der Besitzer vorbei und fütterte seine Tiere. Zudem bekamen wir morgens die frischen Eier vom Hühnerstall. Selbst der Grill und der Pool wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt bestimmt noch sehr viel mehr was ich schreiben könnte aber ich denke, dass es für sich spricht ...wir haben direkt vor Ort neu gebucht:-)) Absolut ein Traum für Menschen die die Natur und Tiere lieben!!! Die Agentur hat sich ebenfalls gut um uns gekümmert. Alles klappte tadellos. Zu uns - wir waren 2 Freundinnen ü 50. Das wäre Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir fanden es perfekt!!!

Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Son Fullos. Das Objekt war genau so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlung war super, es gab immer sofort eine Antwort. Die Besitzer brachten uns Obst und Eier. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Brot Platte, die wir dankend angenommen haben, da wir erst um 23 Uhr im Haus waren. Alles war sauber. Die Küchen Ausstattung war riesig, so dass wir für 6 Personen immer viel Spaß hatten beim kochen. Das Objekt ist super zu empfehlen. Danke für alles.

Property is ideally located in a remote and tranquil location yet within 5 minutes drive of shops and 15 minutes from a beach. The property boasts stunning views of the countryside and a large spacious layout with a great sized pool. The owner doesn't speak English but was extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus umfasst alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist schön groß und geräumig. Beide Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich (separate Wohnung oben) sind sehr gut ausgestattet und beinhalten jeweils eine Klimaanlage. Das Schlafzimmer in der unteren Wohnung ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und die Verwaltung super hilfsbereit! Nahezu jeden Morgen gab es frische Eier oder frische Melonen aus dem Garten. Der Garten ist ein Paradies mit privater Poolanlage. Die Tiere auf der Anlage verleihen dem Urlaub einen ländlichen Flair. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut getroffen. Im Großen und Ganzen absolut empfehlenswert für einen ruhigen, entspannten und traumhaften Urlaub! Vielen lieben Dank an die Eigentümer und die Verwaltung. Toller Job!

Wunderschöne Finca
Wir haben eine tolle Woche auf der Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool ist klasse und die Küche top ausgestattet. Sie ist mallorquinisch eingerichtet und es fehlt hier einem an nix. Jeden Morgen haben wir frische Eier vom Besitzer bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nichts

Entspannter Urlaub, Tolle Finca, Nette Leute.
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in einer schönen Finca mit riesigem Areal drumherum. Der Garten und Poolbereich war sehr schön angelegt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war super. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.

Hard to find something better
We were all so pleasantly surprised from the booking process to over delivery of the property. Our kids loved the pool, I could grill almost everyday, the air was so fresh and there were no noisy party tourists. The sandy beaches of Alcudia are nearby and the house offers more than enough fresh towels. One of our best holidays to date.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schöne mallorquinische Finca mit großzügiger Anlage und ansprechendem Pool in ruhiger Lage bei St. Margalida mit zuvorkommenden und super netten Hauseigentümern. Wir haben nichts vermisst und wurden täglich morgens früh mit frischem Obst und Eiern vom eigenen Hof bedient. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Objekt mit kleinen Abstrichen
Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Flair absolut authentisch - eine ECHTE mallorquinische Finca mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool. Es fehlt an keiner Entspannungsmöglichkeit (auch mit schwimmfähigen Kindern ). Ob liegen am Pool, entspannen in der Hängematte mit Ausblick über die Berge oder gemütliches Sitzen auf einer der Terassen - alles ist möglich. Die naturvolle Stille ist von der Flugschneise allerdings etwas gestört. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und versorgen einen täglich mit frischem Obst ( Melonen, Feigen,...) oder frischen Eiern direkt von den dort lebenden Hühnern. Alles in allem ein kleines Paradis für im Alltag gestresste Menschen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Urlaub suchen und doch schnell für ein paar Stunden mallorquinischen Touristentrubel erleben wollen. Märkte, Restaurants, kleine Fischerorte und wunderschöne Strände sind in 15 - 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit.
Diese wunderbare Finca aus Familienbesitz ist wahrscheinlich kaum mit anderen Objekten vergleichbar. Man hat hier wirklich seine absolute Ruhe und wenn es einem nichts ausmacht, in die nächsten Ortschaften ein wenig fahren zu müssen, ist man hier richtig. Idylle pur erwartet den Gast, die frischesten Zitronen, alle Kräuter der Welt und Ein Meer von Blumen. Nicht zu vergessen ein wirklich sauberer Pool. Das Haus ist total autentisch und schön - ich würde, wenn ich mal wieder im Norden wohnen wollte, dort auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
