This 1200 square foot casita features two bedrooms, two full bathroom, with a nice kitchen with dinning for six, plus a separate eating area for two. Boasting hardwood floors, beautiful adobe walls, original viga beam ceilings, decorated with Santa Fe style furnishing. The master bedroom is located off the den, separated by French doors, sitting area, with a bathroom that includes a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a bathroom with a shower. Skylights, ceiling fans, central air and radiant heat, TV, Washer/Dryer and complimentary wireless internet access. The den also has a pull out sofa convenient for the children! Private patio located in back of the casita! Complimentary parking just in front of your place! You can park your car and walk to the plaza in minutes or to the brand new rail yard.

We had a great time at this cute little house. Easy walking distance to the plaza and many restaurants. There was an issue with the heat. I texted Mary Ann and she had someone over to fix it within 20 minutes. I would stay here again.

The Casa was very nice and walking distance to the square. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning coffee. Mary Ann was a great host and allowed us to check in early by several hours. When I venture back to Santa Fe you can bet I will be contacting her again for our stay!

Great location to plaza!
Our stay was lovely. A few minor issues but they were always addressed super fast so no worries there. Walkable to plaza and some great restaurants too - Dolina's and Las Pasquals are a must. If we come back to Santa Fe we would definitely considered staying here again!

This property was in a great location and was easily within walking distance of some great restaurants and the main plaza. The property was very cute and comfortable and perfect for a weekend get away. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s place. Everything was neat tidy and in order. The only negative thing I could say would be the road construction on Guadalupe Street. But that can’t be helped. It is a fantastic location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Mary Ann was great and responded to our few requests without hesitation.Five starts to her for sure. Highly recommended and we will stay there again. Beautiful city with so much history.

We enjoyed this beautiful home in Santa Fe. There were 3 of us and we spread out between the bedrooms and the pull out sofa! No complaints at all. The kitchen was well equipped and so were the bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay. I would stay there again. Mary was a good communicator as well. Overall I would highly recommend this house. About a 15 minute walk from the plaza!

What a charming place!
We much enjoyed our stay here. The special touches with artwork and local cultural icons made it feel like you were staying in someone's home. The kitchen had everything you could need! It's close to the Plaza and walking distance to many other Santa Fe "must see's". I highly recommend this as it's a hidden gem!

We’ve been to Santa Fe many times but decided to try this charming VRBO casita for several nights. Great location to walk to Plaza. Pet Friendly, our Golden Retriever enjoyed the space. The casita was equipped with anything you would need. Could easily prepare meals but we go for the numerous great restaurant options!! Decorated in a rustic Santa Fe decor. Communication with the property manager was timely and clear—just the right amount of info but not excessive. We won’t hesitate to consider these our next visit.

Nice room place but location is not the best
Initially had issues with internet and the Host, Mary Ann was immediately available and walked us through the process of resetting a tripped breaker outside. No other issues. Location is okay, but nearby road construction is noisy (tractors beeping, etc.) and unit is immediately behind a Chinese restaurant and it always smelled outside as if your were in their kitchen. The restuarant kitchen stove vents must vent directly into this unit. The backyard patio is private but very, very small.
