The Home
As you walk into the home, it is immediately inviting with comfortable furniture and plenty of space to spread out as a family or group of friends with 2100 square feet. There are three flagstone covered portales (patios) expanding from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Perfect to enjoy morning coffee before practicing yoga or just steps away from the neighborhood paved walking paths welcoming the fresh air and beautiful New Mexican mountain views. The open concept kitchen with a steel table for six, bay window with scenic views and blue skies. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to prepare and enjoy a family meal. Enjoy your morning breakfast or a evening sunset with glass of wine from any of the patios and breath in the fresh air and tranquility from these private spaces. The Kiva fireplace in the living room is perfect to enjoy the chilly Santa Fe evenings and make beautiful memories with your family or friends. If you visit during the warm or cold weather, the home has a mini-split in the living room that provides additional comfort for your stay. The Adobe Pueblo construction is perfect for any temperature and is well insulated for your comfort.
The master bedroom is separate and private with a tempur pedic king size mattress, large bathroom that offers a large soaking tub and separate shower; and French doors that open up to one of the patios. The spare bedrooms are spacious with newer mattresses and a joint bathroom with a bath tub/shower.
A fully accommodating laundry room with a newer top load washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Technology
There are two work areas should you need to work remotely, zoom meetings or respond to emails. The Wifi is fast enough to accommodate multiple devices such as laptops and phones. There’s two 50 inch big screen televisions- located in the living room entertainment center and new Roku TV in the master bedroom with Hulu and Netflix and many options.
Location
Santa Fe at El Dorado has a town center with a grocery store, pharmacy, post office, dining and our own Santa Fe Brewery. Make sure and check out scenic Galisteo Basin which is close by and perfect for a beautiful hike or horseback riding. Check out Lamy, a small town an with the Amtrak railroad station and a restaurant - Legal Tender Saloon & Eating House.
The Santa Fe Rail Runner provides train service to Albuquerque with stops along the way. Taos is an hour drive from Santa Fe and known for historic adobe buildings such as Taos Pueblo, a multistory adobe complex inhabited by Native Americans for centuries. A longtime artist colony, Taos also offers many galleries and museums showcasing regional artwork, including the Harwood Museum of Art and the Taos Art Museum.
