Great value for money hotel, it is in the quieter part of Ibiza however you can get over to the main areas easily enough The hotel is in great condition and the food was lovely and fresh daily, The rooms are clean and spacious The only criticism would be the constant negativity of some of the customers thinking that they had booked a 5 star platinum hotel, it was upsetting to see how they treated some of the staff at the hotel as well as the reps because of the lack of crisps or choice of larger on the all inclusive - verry vocal by the pool

Weekend away
The hotel is in gorgeous setting with views of hills. Room was clean and comfortable although fridge was small but ok for our weekend stay. Short walk to beach and a lovely pool. Staff were helpful and friendly overall great weekend.

Nice hotel in quiet area
Nice hotel in quiet area. We have spend our summer vacation here 3 times: 2011: 12 days, 2012:18 days, 2013: 16 days. Large rooms, with nice enough quality. The pool is quite big, and the kids love it here :-) The hotel is nicely located in the "nature", but only a short walk from the "city" with some shops/restaurants and the beach. There are also exciting hiking routes near by - with/without signposts.

Nice resort
The rooms are spacious, but the beds are the worst I've ever slept in ended uphaving to sleep on the sofa. The town of Cala Longa is very nice, lovely beach. Its a quiet resort best for older couples. The complex is set high and is a good walk up some hills, Therefore you need to be fit and able to get about. The staff are very good and helpful no compaints. This was our second trip to this complex but we will not go back until we know they have decent beds!!!!!

The rooms are basic but clean.
The rooms are basic but clean. The rooms are cleaned and towels changed every other day. There is a toddlers pool and a much larger pool. The entertainers are great(mostly for an English speaking audience) and they work very hard. This hotel is a great place for a family holiday away from the more larger "clubbers" resorts. The beach is amongst the best in Ibiza and is a 15-20 min walk away. Be mindful that the hotel has many stairs as it is built on the side of a small mountain/large hill. It is definitely not suitable for the physically disabled and aged who will find it difficult to get around. We went self catering as we are hindu vegetarians and the choice from the all inclusive/buffet didn't cater too well for us. You have to hire a kettle and toaster at extra cost but for some reason our room already had them in so we didnt need to hire them.

The apartments are basic, but
The apartments are basic, but real value for money. There is no AC, and the fans can be quite rickety, so it can get hot on summer nights unless you can contend with the noise. The kitchen facilities are adequate for self-catering. The rooms are quite large in 2 bedroom apts, and the balcony we had in block I was huge. For Vegetarians, I would not recommend the hotel catering, there is little choice and true vegetarians will be limited with a selection of bread and salad, not worth the money charged. Better off to venture into some restaurants around Ibiza. With a car, the accomodation is easy to get to. All in all a good accomodation for the money, but don't expect any thing to have a 'wow' factor.

Prima te doen voor een paar dagen. Wij zijn er vijf dagen geweest. Het eten was koud en daardoor hebben wij na de eerste dag alleen nog maar buiten de deur gegeten. Helemaal prima overigens.

Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
We vonden het complex er leuk uit zien, het was in prima staat en er werd ook netjes schoongemaakt. Het personeel van de receptie en het restaurant waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De werklieden voor schoonmaak en onderhoud hadden op dit vlak nog e.e.a. te leren. Het eten was eenvoudig maar er was voldoende keuze. Helaas bleek dat de temperatuur niet altijd op orde was. Regelmatig waren dingen te koud. Ook troffen we vaak lege bakken aan. Dit kwam in onze optiek meer door de hoeveelheden voedsel dat verspild werd door de gasten dan doordat er onvoldoende aanbod was. Er werd hard gewerkt om alles aan te blijven vullen. In het complex waren veel Engelse gasten. We vonden dat ze een interessante manier van omgang hadden met het all-in concept. Zonder over een kam te willen scheren werd het wel luidruchtiger en grimmiger, hier werd door het personeel weinig aan gedaan. Dit zou voor ons wel een aandachtspunt zijn voor de toekomst. Wij hebben al met al een hele prettige vakantie gehad en zouden zeker overwegen hier opnieuw naartoe te gaan. De enige twijfel die we hebben is of het ideaal is met een klein kind, de doelgroep lijkt een andere.

Hotel in Strandnähe
Trotz einiger schlechter Bewertungen hatten wir uns für dieses Hotel anhand der Bilder und der Lage zum Strand entschieden. Hatten ein sauberes und sehr großes Zimmer.Das Hotel liegt am Berg und ist, wie auch die meisten Zimmer, etwas mühsam zu erreichen.Mussten weit über 100 Treppenstufen bis zu unserem Zimmer zurücklegen.Man bleibt also fit im Urlaub.Das Zimmer wird laut Hotelinfo 3 mal die Woche geputzt.Das war bei uns leider nicht der Fall aber wir waren auch nur 4 Tage dort.Somit war es jetzt nicht so schlimm.Neue Handtücher bekommt man aber auf Nachfrage so oft wie man möchte. Die Poolanlage ist groß und gepflegt. Getränke an der Poolbar sind im All In Paket enthalten.Ebenso wie ein Snack Buffet bei der Poolbar um die Mittagszeit.Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und ist gut.Besonders wenn man vor acht Uhr da ist, ist es trotz Hochsaison nicht so voll und ruhig.Mittag und Abendessen sind nicht zu empfehlen, jedoch hat uns das nicht gestört da wir eh unterwegs waren und somit woanders gegessen haben.Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

De Buitenkant van de accommodatie is mooi verzorgd, echter de kamer zelf is donker, klam en ruikt muf, kamer komt niet overeen met de site. Niet schoon, beddengoed wordt niet verschoond, handdoeken moet je om vragen. Personeel wel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tuin mooi aangelegd en alles is wel qua verf netjes onderhouden. Zwembad is schoon. Erg veel te krijgen voor all-inclusief qua eten en drinken, zelfs de cocktails zijn all-inclusief. Lekkere strandbedden bij het zwembad.

Los apartamentos son muy amplios y luminosos. El complejo es súper bonito y el servicio del personal muy bueno. Muy recomendable para ir en pareja o con amigos de tranquilidad ya que Se encuentra en un monte y es muy tranquilo y silencioso.

Construcción antigua pero armónica con el entorno
Fuimos 3 familias, 2 con niños y bebés y nos resultó muy agradable y cómodo. Los apartamentos son muy espaciosos y con una terraza enorme, ideal para las cenas después de acostar a los niños. El entorno es precioso, está a unos 10 mins caminando de cala llonga, con algunas cuestas. El personal muy amable. Lo único malo es el ligero olor a viejo mezclado con humedad que acumulan los apartamentos, pero no es algo que no se pueda soportar. Por otros comentarios anteriores, nos lo esperábamos mucho peor.

La gente de recepción no puede ser mas desagradable con los clientes españoles, sin embargo con los extranjeros...la cosa cambia, esta muy apartado de la playa, por las mañanas las de la limpieza dan golpes y hacen demasiado ruido para limpiar, no me ha gustado

Nuestra habitación estaba apartada, el cuarto de baño olía fatal, la ducha no desaguaba, la luz de fuera no funcionaba.....no sé si todas las habitaciones son iguales, pero yo no la recomendaría. Eso si, el sitio es muy tranquilo, pero a mi modo de ver, no merece la pena

El sitio esta muy bien, el personal muy agradable, sobre todo la recepcionista, encantadora; la unica pega es que a pesar que dicen que hay cambio de toallas día si día no, a nosotros en 8 días solo las cambiaron una vez y tras pedírselo específicamente al personal.

El primero apartamento olía a humedad que tuvimos que pedir cambio, la luz del lavabo estaba estropeada y no había cortina de baño y no limpieza regular.
