"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. "I had not heard of this hotel before but it was centrally located in Playa den Bossa area and easy to walk places such as Ushuaia, Hi Ibiza as well as the beach. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. There is no elevator so if you have heavy bags keep that in mind. Overall a great stay. I would return to this hotel. "
