The Space:
This beautiful single family home has a spacious, sunny interior.  It's a perfect respite for relaxation and all the comforts of vacation!

The 'Cottage' is close to many Santa Cruz attractions with a location near the Santa Cruz Yacht harbor as well as Downtown Santa Cruz. Only 2 blocks away from the famous Seabright Beach - where the seals, dolphins, and sea otters like to play!  Walk to well-known local eateries, coffee shops, and bars within a few minutes. You can park your car for this vacation!

Relax in the living room and kick back in comfortable furniture.  Enjoy the gas fireplace or host game night with a collection of board games and puzzles!  Watch TV/DVD's in a bright and cheery atmosphere with access to free streaming TV (hundreds of channels!), Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc. (Note: TV does not have cable)

A fully-stocked kitchen offers lots of counter space and is adjacent to a dining room. We have included basic cooking spices and kitchen essentials for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom is located upstairs and features a walk-in closet, bathroom and a private outside deck.  Lounge chairs are on the deck waiting for you to sip delicious early morning coffee. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is a cozy loft with a comfortable futon and a TV for relaxation time.

The downstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on top over a double bed on the bottom. Near a full bathroom with a large closet and bureau, this room is wonderful for kids and/or a small family.

A cabinet full of beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs will enhance your visits to the beach.  A quiet, garden patio complete with an outdoor shower is just outside the back door of this classic beach home.  What a perfect way to return home after a full day at Seabright beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seabright cottage. The cottage itself is cozy and very well appointed and well-kept and clean. The location a few blocks from the beach and quiet neighborhood can't be beat. We loved walking to the coffee shops nearby and swimming at the beach.

Great house in quiet neighborhood
My wife, two young children and I stayed in this house for the week. We loved the location, which was walkable to the beach (just a couple blocks), walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, and even to the boardwalk. The house was clean and well equipped. We will be staying here again for sure in the future.

This was an easy stay. Finding the place/check in/check out, everything was smooth. It was an easy drive to the boardwalk and just blocks from a beautiful beach that's seems like a really lovely gathering spot. It was everything we needed!

Seabright Cottage
I love the Seabright area and especially this charming cottage. This was our second stay and we plan on visiting again. Everything is walking distance (beach, food, corner market). This street is quiet with ample parking and pretty gardens among the homes. The cottage is fully furnished and quite comfortable.

Comfortable house close to the beach
Wonderful property with lots of homey touches. It was pouring rain when we stayed, but we were very cozy with the gas fireplace and lots of puzzles. No local t.v. Channels but connections to streaming. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and furnishings. Wish we could have enjoyed the short walk to the beach more but the weather didn’t cooperate. We will be back!

We love Santa Cruz stayed many VRBO places. This one did not disappoint! Exactly as advertised walking distance to beach, park, food, coffee... Wonderful to find a great place that didn't have 4 night minimum like many others. Only wish it was pet friendly, hate to leave our dog.
