"The place is magic. You are smiling during the stay without knowing it. We love the connection with the lake and their people. The amazing staff is another big plus. Congratulations to the owners/ managers for this jewel in Guatemala."

"The property was very limited, noise fridge, only one toilet paper per day, bad coffee machine, not dishes we could use at all! Poor lady works too hard 7 days 12 hours daily! Not other worker on property! The owner sucks!"

"Condo was clean and it was great to have drinkable water on tap. It’s a very bright unit with windows all around so you’ll be up early with the daylight. The shower was nice and the property felt very safe. "

"Do not book here. Literally no customer service. Signs are not clear on where the hotel is. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds ever. You’re better off sleeping in a hostel for cheaper. There’s two night clubs that blast music all night; which is what was expected. But the clubs were super lame overall. You’re pretty much in a room with a double bed and that’s all to it. They didn’t even give me an official room number. The views were okay. Pretty much what you see is that you get. One...
