Charming beachfront penthouse where you can enjoy the sunsets and the sound of the ocean. Just a few steps from the stunning beach of Las Teresitas. Located in the picturesque fishing village of San Andrés, very close to black sand beaches and the Natural Park of Anaga. Recently refurbished, lovingly decorated, with Wifi fibre internet, Smart TV, air conditioning and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. This property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

It is a very cosy and bright penthouse, ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 4 people, with two pleasant bedrooms, a bright living room, connected to a large terrace with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Internet Wifi and air conditioning. Strategically located in the village of San Andrés, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local gastronomy.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washer/dryer, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, and a cot and high chair (subject to availability). On the terrace there are sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The flat is on the fourth floor without lift. Located in front of a bus stop and very close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Location: bus stations in front of the house thereby noise from the buses
Very large terrace with 2 sunbeds and the view, enough space for 2 people - there is also a lot of storage space, huge smart tv, fast good working wifi, protected swimming area only across the street - access via stone steps or a ladder, even with rescue swimmers. A small table and armchairs would be nice on the terrace.

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft
Der Aufenthalt, wir waren 2 Personen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Eine Dachterrasse zur Strandpromenade mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Die Einrichtung ist schön und einfach gehalten, für 4 Personen fehlen vielleicht noch gemütliche Sitzplätze bzw. Terrassenmöbel. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Geschirr könnte für 4 Personen etwas wenig sein) ausreichend. Insgesamt würden wir die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Top-Lage der FeWo
Der Blick von der Dachterrasse der FeWo ist top, runter zur palmenbestandenen Küstenstraße, nach links zum langen Teresitas-Strand und nach rechts zur steilen Oberstadt, nach hinten raus geht der Blick über die tlw. chaotische Unterstadt bis zum meist Passatwolken-verhangenen Anaga-Gebirge (supertolles Wandergebiet!). Die FeWo ist hell und modern eingerichtet, so viel technisches Equiment haben wir noch nie erlebt (elekt. Rollläden, Fernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern + Riesenfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Youtube und Netflix). Sehr angehm waren die Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer, bei der Sleep-Funktion hörte man fast gar nichts:). Auf den Betten konnte man gut schlafen, sie waren nicht zu hart. Wir hätten allerdings 1 oder 2 der Fernseher gern in mehr Geschirr und Tassen/Gläser umgetauscht, da hier eindeutig zuwenig vorhanden war. Der Geschirrspüler musste ständig damit befüllt werden, damit für den nächsten Tag alles wieder sauber war. Interessant war, dass die Winde tlw. um das Haus heulten. Für sportliche Bestätigung sorgte jeden Tag der Aufstieg in die 5. Etage:). San Andres ist unser absoluter Lieblingsort auf Teneriffa, ein typisch spanischer Ort, in dessen Gassen die Leute noch zusammensitzen und plaudern, ein Ort ohne irgendwelche Hotels/Pensionen und touristischen Andenken- und Strandläden, mit dem besten Strand der Insel, dessen Badegäste im Wesentlichen Spanier sind, sehr schönen und kostengünstigen Fischrestaurants sowie einer tollen Busverbindung in die Hauptstadt Santa Cruz (alle 10 min. !!). Für den Urlaub in San Andres braucht man kein Auto und kommt trotzdem mit den kostengünstigen Bussen gut nach oben zum Wandern ins Anaga-Gebirge. Dort kann man super auf den jahrhundertalten Dorfverbindungswegen camino real im meist wolkenverhangegen, subtropischen Nebelwald wandern, im Rother Bergwander-Führer werden genug Touren beschrieben. Der mystische Nebelwald im Anagagebirge ist ein perfekter Ort zum Wandern. Wir waren jetzt das 6. Mal in San Andres und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal:)).
