Strategically located in the village of San Andres, a few steps from the beach, ideal for lovers of hiking, the sea and local cuisine.The house has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, with fiber Wifi Internet, air conditioning, and a cot and high chair (subject to availability).The flat is on the first floor without lift. Die Wohnung hat eine geniale Lage, direkt an der Promenade. Die Möblierung ist einfach, Küche und Bad passen. Abzüge gibt es für das schlechte Bett. Hier ist erheblich Luft nach oben.
