This apartment of 110m2 is in the historic center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a quiet area near Calle Noria and Plaza Weyler with a supermarket and basic services just around the corner, in addition to having public transport 3min and the beach 10min. It is located on the second floor with elevator from where you will have a beautiful view and lots of natural light. The three bedrooms are composed of 3 very comfortable double beds with two very spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer / dryer and Nespresso coffee machine, AC in all rooms, new furniture, wifi throughout the establishment and parking space in the same building for 10€/day. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Hello, friends. We rented this apartment with friends for three days. 6 people are very comfortable accommodated. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and has everything necessary for life. We really enjoyed. The location is super, right in the center, near the promenade, in the house itself is a large supermarket "Mercadona". The hosts are friendly, welcoming and polite. Recommend.

Really great location. There is free parking opposite but it can get very busy but there is a multistory car park just down the road if you can’t find anywhere else. The apartment itself is great overall with lots of space and nice and light in the main room and there is a supermarket just around the corner on the ground floor of the same block. On the down side the kitchen equipment was a bit limited but ok for basic cooking and the shutter on the front bedroom doesn’t open so that room is dark in case you planned to work at the desk in there but there is other space in which to work. The communication was great and really flexible re check in and check out with no problems. Overall I would gladly stay there again.
