"The pension as a whole is fine, separate bathrooms, the cleanliness etc is fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a minor thing the coffee machine did not work. I had to contact the manager to see if my traveling companion was ok as she was not responding to my knocks on the door and the manager did not see any urgency even though the plans we had made were broken and I did not know where she was, she eventually turned up, but the manager did not."

"Bedroom beside us has their bathroom on the same wall as our bed so you can hear noise. Thin walls, can hear them arguing. "

"One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bed don't seem to have been replaced in 20 years, could feel ever spring poking into you all night. No AC so you had to keep the window open but the street was very loud. Possible cleanliness but I didn't want to look too close. "

"Luz, the house keeper, was amazing. She was really friendly and caring. If you need help with siteseeing, where to eat she helps you. The room was really clean, charming and nice. The location of the hostel is so close to the train station you can go walking, just 5-8 minutes from the station. It's a great place to stay in Vigo. "

"Very friendly staff, who also help me get some laundry done. What never I needed she was so gracious in helping me. We had a nice room with a view of the beach. Breakfast was made to order and homemade bake goods that were excellent. "

"First of all this hotel does not have a front desk. There is a restaurant in 1st floor, and at the restaurant they will check you in. But the day I arrived at the hotel, it was a National holiday, and the restaurant was closed. So there were nobody at hotel, no hotel person to be seen anywhere. "Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. Thank you "

"We stayed there about 6 years ago and found it charming and classic. This stay was just as pleasant. The price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. The parking was a bit inconvenient as we had to park in the municipal lot about 2 blocks away, although it is a safe underground garage. The hotel allows you to drive up to drop off and pickup luggage. Staying in the old city, walking distance from everything made up for any inconvenience. We highly recommend this property!"
