"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, with several shops and supermarkets close by to stock up on groceries etc. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated to visit all the towns and beaches that the area has to offer. Renting a car is a must to explore the area. Emiliano (the host) and his son were fantastic in giving advice of places to visit and see and made our stay very comfortable. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. We can’t wait to come back...

"The house is absolutely beautiful, vaste, well organized, with intimacy for everyone (large rooms with bathrooms for each) and at the same time nice terrasse, garden and large swimming pool to be all together. Close to the coast and its beautiful coves, restaurants, boat tour, fantastic views...it's the perfect place to enjoy nice holidays with family and friends! We found life quite cheap compares to other similar places in the mediterranean coast."

"The landscaping of the property and the pool are breathtaking with gorgeous palm trees, a gazebo and waterfall. Colored lights come on at night. We loved sitting outside for meals at the long table under the covered area. There were 10 of us. Rocco and Tiziana are wonderful hosts."

"We had the most wonderful time here. We were greeted by the hosts, who were both very welcoming and showed us around in great detail. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the pool was cleaned daily. We really felt at home, we took great pleasure in using the BBQ in the evenings and enjoyed the warm evenings. Definitely going to be visiting again. Thank you again for the warm welcome and lovely stay."

ABER: Das Haus befand sich weit weg von dem Ort, der im Inserat angegeben wurde. Wir buchten ein Haus 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Spaggia Pescoluse entfernt. Bekommen haben wir ein abgelegenes Haus, von dem aus kein Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Es befand sich überhaupt nicht in der Nähe des Spaggia Pescoluse. "The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay here. The house and gardens are beautiful and comfortable. The hosts are helpful and kind. Short drives to good restaurants. Stairs up from the parking lot are not a problem. Highly recommend."

Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. "Absolutely loved our stay in Castro, the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean &typically Italian. We loved sitting outside to enjoy the sea view and ambience of the area.
