The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, provided a free breakfast and airport transport, and the staff were friendly and accommodating helping us plan a Tikal visit for one of our colleagues.
