"I’ve literally just come back from the holiday of a lifetime. The whole hotel was perfect but the true asset of the Hotel is it’s staff, so welcoming and friendly. Massive thanks to Frederica, Francesca and Matteo on the reception, they were literally the best! Very accommodating even when I asked the impossible at times. Very helpful and informative , good spoken English (massive asset for me) as my Italian is questionable 😂 The staff in the dining and entertainment were also fantastic. Big...
