"I don't usually leave reviews but we were pretty blown away. The place was super nice, clean and spacious with AC and access to laundry through the property manager. The property manager couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. We were waiting for some sort of catch given how big and nice the apartment looked online but from our experience everything was completely legit. Highly recommend! "

"Beautiful country house with stunning views and beautiful gardens . My room had a spa tub that was perfect after a long day of exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cappuccinos. Grounds offer many spots to sit, relax and take in the views. Although the house is located on a main road ( traffic noise during the day) it was very quiet at night. "

"An exceptional weeks stay in every way! Amazing balcony view, in central yet such a serene setting. Spacious and stylish. Michele is a kind, friendly and most helpful host making it a comfortable stay. Many places nearby for breakfast and stroll to either Cathedral or main piazza. A delightful place i would come again. "We had an amazing time here. The pool and extra space was wonderful after spending a lot of time in Assisi. The fold out bed wasn't super comfortable, but i don't know any that are. ;) We hope to come again!"

"The room fantastic, the surroundings lovely and there is potential to be 5/5. However we had two problems body there made worse by temperatures close to 40C. When we arrived here was nobody there to receive us so we were stuck at the gate for 1/2 an hour until I got the attention of a guest by sounding the car horn. Guests finding a number and ringing on cell phones IS NOT an alternative to reception and for us from overseas not an option. Secondly the air conditioning only worked in fan mode...
