"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"This is a nicely located accommodation near a number of historic buildings, the Medievel city wall, the Roman acqueduct, and several monasteries. The views from the house and garden were breath taking. The furnishings were very comfortable and interesting with an artisitic flare. There was lots of room, while quiet and private, yet conveniently located. We would love to return here on our next trip to Spello.."

It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. "We enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the area. It was a very beautiful location and less crowds. Adele was a great host and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was nicely furnished. The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. "If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"An absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tevere Valley towards Assisi. All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"
