"We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees. As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely. Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away. "

Everyone was so lovely and welcoming, the food and local wines were delicious and we got some sun in-between the rain to take in the scenery. "Room was large and airy, view from small balcony was beautiful over the lake, worth the extra for a room with a view. We used the free Ticino card the hotel give, to take the funicular up to Mount Bré. Breakfast was pleasant although coffee was not very nice. Not sure why there were peas & carrots on offer at breakfast never seen this before is it a Swiss thing?? Bar underneath the hotel was good. Unfortunately we had rain so didn’t go to the sundeck. "
