"The heater wasn't working and the room was quite cold. The walls of the room had cracks and flakes of paint were falling from the ceiling in the bathroom .The constant ringing of the loud entry bell made sleeping additionally difficult. The front door was nonetheless unlocked and on Sunday morning people poured into the property which also seemed to have a church service. "A beautiful property, slightly difficult to find initially. The room is large and clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk from the port and also to the Marina Corricella. Dining options are good in both those areas. Walkable to some of the beaches too. Staff were very helpful in given you pointers on the best spots. If I’m ever back on Procida, I would definitely be more than happy to stay here again."

"It was only a 10 minute level walk to the ferry port. Room was very nice with a balcony facing the sea. We had many food options nearby and the historical areas were just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, served on a terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend but if you have trouble with stairs, it is a 3 flight walk up to the room."
