"Wow! Pera di Basso is a such special and beautiful place. The service from Mario and team is fantastic, the location is superb with amazing views. Rooms are very clean, private and well appointed. Food is superb including the generous and fresh breakfast. Although a little out of town, this is what makes it so special and relaxing. "

"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "The views from this apartment are stunning! Overlooks the Bay with Vesuvius in the distance You can catch glorious sunrises from the balcony. It is in a residential area so it is peaceful quiet. Perfect for our group. You do need to plan for transportation to almost anywhere as there is not too much within an easy walk. However, there is a bus stop across the street and we had no trouble securing a taxi whenever needed. Highly recommend!"
