"We stayed 5 days for our honeymoon. This property is everything that is advertised and more. The host are more than accommodating. If you plan to stay in Venice I highly recommend this property. Close walk to shops and restaurants and maybe a 7 minute walk to st Marco square. "

"This home is in a central area and within walking distance of everything! It was a 2 bedroom with a table in the living room, which is where you want to hang out! Washer/dryer combo was a nightmare and there were no directions. The A/C did not work well and the bedrooms were hot. All in all—it was okay. "

"Marco was a wonderful host. He was very helpful in getting us into the apartment by giving us very good directions. It was a lovely place to stay. Marco knew that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and had a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on our arrival. He was available during our stay and was prompt in replying to our questions. We will be sure to stay there again on our next trip to Venice."

"The home is nice and the staff we met on the first day was also good. However the only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and 1 out of the 2 showers worked. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"Brilliant family or friends group property, 3 seperate sleeping zones over 3 floors, Rita was a superb host, extremely attentive and excellent communications, have been to Venice 6 times and this was one of the best venues… loved it all."

Einkaufen, Vaporetto , Bus , Bäcker, Schlachter , Bars und Restaurants und Strand ,Alles innerhalb 2–6 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöner großer Flur . Sehr kleines Bad und kleines 2tes Schlafzimmer. Küche und Wohnzimmer angenehm groß. Super mit Hund , wegen des kleinen geschotterten Garten. "We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). One thing I would highly stress, and not just for this specific property but any in Venice: Do Not leave your windows open at night -...
