"Beautiful and updated lobby with lobby bar. Staff is exceptional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They located a hairstylist within walking distance, and made extra effort to book me an appointment, and personally walk me to the salon. I was there to get married and the hotel surprised us with flutes, a congratulations card and a complementary bottle of champagne in our room. We also received a dining voucher to eat at their associated restaurant and free limoncello shots. Room was clean & spacious. Minutes away to walk to St Marks Square. Highly recommend staying at Bella Venezia. "

"Amazing location just 100 feet from St Marks Square. Took public transportation from Piazza Roma to San Marco and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel across St Marks Square crossing one bridge with 16 steps total. Used water taxi to get to airport fro San Marco pier. Hotel staff was great, breakfast was good, lots to do in the area and the hotel gave great referrals for lunch, dinner and snacks. Recommendations were all great places and within 5 to 10 minutes of the hotel. Room was smaller than expected but was adequate for our four day stay. 10 minute walk straight west to Rialto Bridge! 30-40 minute walk to Piazza Roma from hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel!"

"Great hotel in a very convenient location. The staff was wonderful. Did not like the bathroom door see through glass is a terrible idea also the mirror on the ceiling is tacky."

"This is a lovely hotel right on the water where the Gondolas work and park for the night. It is steps from Hard Rock Cafe and St. Marks Square. The hotel is beautiful and clean and quite charming. This location is outstanding and perfect. The staff is great and you can watch the Gondolas all day from the balcony and have a brink. It's sectacular!"

"The hotel was lovely, the service, the staff were excellent but what was truly unique and outstanding was that for the first time in my life I left items in my room’s safe AND housekeeping gave it to the front desk who contacted me immediately and arranged to have it sent to my home. Sentimental jewelry, a lot of cash. What could’ve been a disaster turned into a renewed faith in humanity "

"My stay was truly amazing! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The entire place is safe, organized, and very well-kept. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the parking is convenient, making the overall experience hassle-free. The shuttle service is also a major plus—it's super convenient and always on time, which made getting around much easier. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the location. There's not much around, and the on-site market closes at 8 PM. If you happen to return on the shuttle after 8 PM and realize you need something, you're out of luck. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

"I spend one night at this hotel. It is very clean, Well organized excellent beds. Very attentive stuff, Good food at the restaurant but a little bit pricey. Next-door they have train station that takes you to Mester. My booking offered free ride to and from airport, but in order to be picked up, it has to be reserved 24 hours in advance. I am definitely considering staying there again when I travel through Venice. Hotel location is not touristy site. "
