"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"We loved staying at the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. The room was always kept clean and there was no street noise. The included breakfast had an amazing assortment of fresh food including smoked salmon, cheese, pastries, meat and much more. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was modern and did not show any wear. We highly recommend the Nap Luxury Guesthouse. It deserves the name "Luxury"."

"This hotel has no courtesy. They allow you to book a room for the night after 9:00 pm. But you will not be able to access the rooms then. They were not willing to help out even a little bit. Very disappointed. Also a very confusing hotel to navigate. "

"Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. "The room was fine, it’s a 1st floor on a busy street so a bit noisy. The staff were shouting for about an hour while cleaning at 10am which was not helpful when I really needed a rest. The shower was small and a bit janky, the pillows were hard, but the mattress was nice; I could have used an extra blanket. "We had an incredible stay at Napoliamo Guest House. Mario was fantastic in arranging our check-in, and Ana Maria was one of the best people we had the pleasure of meeting in Italy. She prepared breakfast for us and spent time chatting in Italian with my boyfriend, offering recommendations for places to visit and advice about the neighborhood and the city. "View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
