Cleanliness was perfect and Valentina went above and beyond with providing basics with the villa so that we were super comfortable during our stay. "This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"

"Beautiful location, the beach is across the street, wonderful walk on the beach, great dining option, nice people and great service. There is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. House is superclean, spacious and convenient. There is an alarm system, bars at the windows and electric blinds. Appliances are brand new. There is a convenient shower outdoor for rinsing after the beach. Bathrooms are beautiful and shower head has an amazing water flow. The people at the agency are really nice and...

"The property was perhaps a bit smaller than the photographs indicated, but it did not really matter, everything was very stylish. I was a splendid place to stay and all the family enjoyed it enormousely and made full use of the facilities, pool, hot tub, steam room, etc and being able to step outside the back door strait into the sea was special. The hot tub broke down on the first Sunday but Marc & Valarie arranged for an engineer to fix it first thing Monday morning. Everything was very well...

"We stayed here with our teen kids & parents in their mid seventies. The villa was spacious & clean & had everything you could possibly need & more from beach towels to board games. Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper. Would recommend having a car for this property. Overall a great stay."

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Würmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und für uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spülmaschine, was für uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Unterkuntswahl...

"Mario’s place is perfect on every level. The place was immaculate when we got there. The checkin process was very easy and Mario provides suggestions for many places to visit and eat. The pool has a deep end and is cleaned daily. If you’re planning on leaving the property, rent a car. There is private gated parking. We will reach out to Mario next time we are in Cagliari."
