"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"Although there was public parking just by the spot there was non available in the time I was there , as with most of Cagliari parking is very hard . It is probably better to state no parking nearby"

Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. Room itself is absolutely fine, and quite pleasant although would do with a spoon and a proper cup or two..."

"Ich habe einige Tage meiner Sardinien-Reise in Martinas Unterkunft verbracht und kann sie nur empfehlen. Es ist ein süßes und sardisch eingerichtetes B&B. Martina selbst ist eine sehr offene und freundliche Person. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt! Zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Vol San Vito ist es auch mit dem Auto nicht weit zu schönen Stränden. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!"

"A wonderful property and experience. The room was impeccable in all ways: clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The host, Rosa and her husband, were affable and treated us as friends. The village is small and quiet, and close to important archeological sites. As charming as this property is, when the murals in the courtyard are finished, it will be even more enthralling. We had a delicious dinner in a cozy dining room. Definitely recommend. Also, great for families. "

"Die Unterkunft ist relativ zentral, kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auf der anderen Straßenseite verfügbar (Achtung jeden zweiten Samstag im Monat wird eine Reinigung durchgeführt, hier ist das Parken von 6 bis 11 verboten). Der Check in & out ist relativ unkompliziert. Der Kaffeeautomat hat während unseres Aufenthalts nie funktioniert. Das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend und das Obst leider alt & damit überreif. Die Kommunikation zu der Vermieterin war lediglich über WhatsApp möglich, während...

"Lovely accommodation in the centre of Cagliari which is a vibrant and attractive city. The room was spacious and modern , the breakfasts were great and the owner and her team were very helpful and friendly. We parked our car in the castle car park which was only a 5 minute walk away"
