Villa Pura Vida is located on the seafront with 3 rooms heated by air conditioning / heating and private heated pool with a Roman staircase practice indoors.
At 400 meters from the villa is the popular and pictorial fishing village. In the resort of Binibeca you can visit shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, souvenirs, supermarkets, car rentals, bank ATM, etc.
This villa is a typical Menorca Binibeca fisherman's house with heavenly views be beachfront, extensive terraces and tranquility and relaxation.
The white sandy beach of Binibeca is only a few minutes walking calmly along the coast road.
A 10 minute drive is Sant Lluís, Menorca an attractive town with a great selection of local shops and bars-restaurants. Buy your fresh fish or a simple warm croissant at one of the many bakeries and of course, its cheese designation of origin or its natural fresh vegetables.
Visit the capital of the island of Menorca Mahon with its cobbled streets and stately old town, shops and restaurants as well as the spectacular and magnificent natural harbor.
The cleaning of the villa will be at the entrance and exit of customers.
The maintenance person will have access to perform the work.

Nice stay in binibeca Vell
Lovely villa with all you need. Great view and very close to the best restaurant in the area namely Bambu. Getting around by taxi was very difficult. If you visit a town like Mahon which is worth it you can get a cab easily but in Binibeca you can phone for one but you can wait anything from 20 minutes to two hours. The only gripe about the villa was the pool it was freezing! Heated? I don't think so.

La villa Pura Vida, cumplió al 100% con nuestras expectativas, ideal para disfrutar del Mar y el encanto del lugar. Camas muy confortables y la vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina. Todo limpio y en perfecto estado. Lugar tranquilo a pesar de tener un Beach club al lado, no hemos notado molestias de ruido o música Todo perfecto y totalmente recomendable. Seguro que repetimos estancia El propietario Samuel siempre disponible y atento a nuestras peticiones. Gracias por todo

An ideal location !
The villa is in a strategic position because it enjoys good exposure and has no houses in front so you can see the sunset over the sea. Convenient to services but at the same time a little detached from the crowding of the premises. Friendly and helpful owner.

Vacances très agréables
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Binibeca, la maison est idéalement située face à la mer, devant un spot parfait pour admirer le coucher du soleil, la maison est bien agencée et équipée (même s’il ne faut pas prévoir de faire de la grande cuisine!), la Climatisation a été bien appréciable car il a fait très chaud. La piscine est également un vrai atout. Nous avons juste regretté que la terrasse sur le toit ne soit accessible. Nous recommandons cette maison pour un séjour à Minorque dans de très bonnes conditions.

Tolle Immobilie mit klasse Lage
Wir sind froh, unseren Herbsturlaub in dieser tollen Immobilie genossen zu haben. Das Haus ist "urig" eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht. Aus dem Esszimmer heraus hat man einen tollen Ausblick hinaus auf das Meer. Der Pool ist beheizt, weshalb man ihn auch im Herbst noch nutzen kann. Der Check-In erfolgte eigenständig mit Hilfe eines gesichert hinterlegten Schlüssels, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir immer recht froh sind, wenn wir nach der Ankunft recht schnell unsere Ruhe haben. Dennoch war Samuel zu jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn wir das wollten. Samuel war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der alle unsere Fragen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortete und uns da wo nötig Unterstützung gab. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage direkt am Meer, Strände und Restaurants/Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in dem Haus verbringen.

Everything that we hoped for, great location lovely pool . There was no hair dryer there when we arrived but after explaining to Samuel Vilaire he supplied one as soon as he could and was a pleasure to deal with.

When something is as expected is great.
We have a fantastic time in Menorca. The house was as described. Comfortable, clean. The owner of the house was responsive to any need, and help with easy communication to get in-out etc. The inconvenience was that, house at East side was under construction and therefore noisy and dusty.

Pura Vida!!!
Mi familia y yo llevamos pasado unos días de verano durante 3 años seguidos en esta casa y el año que viene vamos a repetir. Cualquier problema o petición que tienes o haces, Samuel ,el propietario, te lo intenta solucionar. La situación de la casa es estupenda, tienes acceso directo al mar y a 2 minutos de las tiendas y Restaurantes de Binibeca.

A pleasant experience. Can't ask for more.
We stayed at Sam's villa for a week, and everything was spot on. The villa was clean and well-equipped, location was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we arrived late in the evening, we got to the villa easily and everything was basically ready to go. Pool was clean and relaxing. Samuel was helpful when we had questions. I definitely recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Not fit for habitation.
Do not book this villa. The plumbing is deficient - we had raw sewage coming through the en suite shower drain and the toilet was often blocked. The owner did the minimum to rectify the problem. In addition, there was mould on the plates. Disgusting. The villa is indeed in a pleasant location, though the photos don't show that it is overlooked by a restaurant on the left and three other villas to the right.

Disfruta la "Pura Vida" en Menorca
Somos abuelos belgas y hemos alquilado esa villa para pasar una semana tranquila con nos dos nietos de 5 y 7 años. la villa es muy agradable y bien equipado.Hemos apreciado los tres habitaciones : la mas grande con su cuarto de baño para nosotros y las dos otras, con sus cuarto de baño también para los dos niños. A pesar de un temperatura exterior de solamente 18 a 20 °C, fue possible utilizar la piscina que esta calentado. Nos ha encantado la cercania de la casa : la bonita vista fuera, el pueblo ( "poblad des pescadores", construido en 1992, pero muy simpático), las playas de Binibeca et de Binisafüller. Nos gustaba mucho el exploración de la isla. Y como la estación turística comienza en mayo, pudimos disfrutar de todo con toda tranquilidad. Minorque est magnifique en avril: il y a peu de monde, mais des fleurs en abondance. Nous avons aimé les sites talayotiques (surtout Dalt), Mahon, Ciutadella. Cela mérite amplement un séjour d'une semaine.

semana santa magnifica
Hemos tenido el placer de disfrutar de esta propiedad una semana en el mes de marzo. La casa esta decorada con buen gusto, dispone de dos baños con magnificas duchas i completamente nuevos. La cocina nueva i perfectamente equipada no falta absolutamente nada. Dispone de magnifica vista al mar y la piscina es un placer. Hemos podido disfrutar de ella gracias a la climatizacion y al buen tiempo. El propietario atento en todo momento antes y durante nuestra estancia. La casa estaba estupendamente limpia y dotada de toallas y sabanas para 7 personas aunque solo eramos dos. Esta a un paso del pequeño pueblo de Binibequer Vell, encantador para dar un paseo. Dispone de supermercado muy cerca, puedes ir andando. Muy tranquilo en esta epoca del año. Recomendable totalmente tanto para ir en pareja como ha sido nuestro caso o en familia con niños, ya que la finca dispone de mucho terreno. Volveremos seguro.
