It is a restored typical Majorcan house, about 150 years old, on a huge property of 10.000 m², with fruit trees. Located in the countryside, at 10 minutes (by car) from the beaches of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S'Illot.
An oasis of tranquility.
The house is 1km from the village of Son Carrio. The last 400 meters of access to the house is by a dirt road, easy access by car.
At 50 meters from the house there is a "greenway" (old railway) for hiking, walking, jogging or biking, connecting the villages of Manacor, Sant Llorenç, Son Carrio, Son Servera and Arta.

Fantastic rural location for chilling out
Firstly the owners are fantastic people, we was made to feel so welcome. On arrival we was shown around this traditional house. The house is fully stocked with the essential stuff so all you need is the food and drink. The home has two bedrooms, a main lounge, kitchen and a shower room with WC. Outside a table and chairs with a very comfortable hammock can be found, all with fantastic views of Son Carrio. You will also notice that the house has its very own water well, and yes the water is lovely and cool to drink anytime of the day. A hire car is an absolute essential as the house is not served by public transport. The house has a car port to keep your car nice and cool in the heat of the day. Sa Coma and it's beaches are a 10 minute drive away and its around 1 hour from Palma Airport. We loved our holiday and if you love the quiet then this is the place for you, Thanks for a fantastic Holiday X

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur
Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Sa Riba sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig inmitten von blühenden Wiesen. Schnell ist man mit dem Auto an der Küste. Das Haus hat einen natürlichen Charme und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Ideal um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Catalina!

schöne Finka für die kleine Familie
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, es gibt ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Zimmer mit einem Bett, ca 120 oder 140 breit. Nachts war es recht kühl (April, wen wunderts), aber man kann mit dem Kamin ganz gut heizen. Einziger Nachteil: Man muss durch das Schlafzimmer mit dem grossen Bett ins Bad (oder von aussen). Für lose Bekannte also vielleicht nicht ganz passend - aber für uns war es prima! Allerdings muss man Schlaglöcher umfahren können, dafür hat man absolut seine Ruhe.
